I’ve been inspired by music! I’ve heard of the band before but now I actually listened to them. They’re called The Piano Guys. It’s a band of four men. One on a piano, one on a cello, and two men on other instruments but I’m not sure which ones. Their music is amazing! My favorite song of theirs is called Beethoven’s 5 Secrets. I think this song and their other songs are exactly what music should have been, instead of the poppy annoying music we have now. Well anyways, this music inspired me.
I have been inspired by the thought of spring break being next week! It inspired me to get caught up this week so that during spring break all I have to do is sit around and relax! Can’t wait to get all caught up and have a relaxing week. I should have planned a vacation!
I chose to use the March 2014 edition of Seventeen Magazine for the assignment. 35 out of 163 pages looked to be master pages. They all had page numbers in the lower outside corner, a section name in the upper outside corner, and a title across the top. As a whole, the magazine is rather random; even the master pages only had those three things in common.
I just realized I forgot my blog post with assignment one! So here it goes…
My name is Candice Anderson. I live in North Pole, Alaska. I’m 19 and my birthdays coming up in May. I graduated from high school in June of 2012. I’m currently unemployed and living with my parents but since I’m only 19 I figure I have a few years to figure things out still. (; I’m interested in interior design, books, fashion, and anything vintage. I’m a sophomore in college but this is my first online class. My major is Applied Business and my concentration is Marketing, which is where this class comes in! I think that the skills I’m learning in InDesign are really important in marketing. From Business Cards to Banners, I think I’ll use this program a lot (once I figure it out).
Sorry about the late posts, everyone! It took my book a while to get here so I’m still trying to get caught up! (:
Today, February 2nd, would have been my Grandpa’s birthday. He died 3 years ago. I was thinking about him. He was always quick with a smile, hard working, detail oriented, optimistic, funny, and happy. Thinking of him today inspired me. He would want the very best for me. Knowing and thinking of that inspires me to try my hardest, for him. Love you, Grandpa.
The cold weather during the last few days has inspired me. Not being able to go outside inspires me to get things done inside! So with this inspiration, I’ve been catching up on some cleaning, laundry, and homework!
